Arrivals
Prague has two terminals in one building. Terminal 1 handles non-Schengen flights, which is where a UK arrival clears passport control; Terminal 2 handles Schengen flights and needs no passport check. Collect your cases, follow the signs for Arrivals, and walk out past the barrier. Your e-ticket names your driver and carries a number to ring.
Private transfers
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal, past the barrier, holding a board with your name or the 'hoppa' logo.
Shared shuttles and coaches
Walk out to the marked bay on the forecourt, signed from the hall. Give your terminal at booking so the vehicle waits at the right door.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Free waiting time
You get up to 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. On an international arrival a 30-minute buffer is added before the waiting time starts, which covers the non-Schengen passport queue at Terminal 1.
Delayed, diverted or landing early?
Your driver follows your flight from the moment you board. Winter fog is the local hazard here and occasionally sends an arrival on to Brno or Vienna. Your driver sees it before the hall does and will contact you to reposition or rebook. A delayed flight simply moves your pick-up, with nothing for you to do.

Can't find your driver?
Stay inside the arrivals hall of the terminal you landed at and call the number on your e-ticket. hoppa's team picks up in an average of 11 seconds, a 99.7% call answer rate: a real person, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hoppa help centre answers most questions before you need to call.
What to do around Prague?
If your flight home leaves late in the day, the city repays a final few hours.
- The Christmas markets on Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square run from the end of November into the new year, with a tree, a stage and food stalls until late.
- Prague Castle opens its grounds early, and the walk down through Mala Strana to Charles Bridge beats the queues coming the other way.
- The Vltava embankment and Kampa island are quiet in winter, with the castle lit above the water from mid-afternoon.
