Arrivals
Málaga lands every UK flight into one arrivals hall under the Terminal 3 roof. After passport control and baggage reclaim, follow the signs for the exit and look inside the hall, not out at the kerb. Your e-ticket lists your exact meeting point and a phone number to call if you cannot see your driver.
Private transfers
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall, past the barrier where the name boards line up, holding a sign with your name or the 'hoppa' logo.
Coaches
Walk to the coach bays outside arrivals, a short signed walk from the hall. Follow the signs for coaches, not the taxi rank.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Free waiting time
You get up to 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. On an international arrival a 30-minute buffer is added before the waiting time starts, which covers a long non-EU passport queue after a UK flight.
Delayed, diverted or landing early?
Your driver tracks your flight from the moment you board. If fog or a storm diverts you to Seville or Granada, they know before you land and will contact you to reposition or rebook. A delayed flight simply moves your pickup. There is nothing for you to do.

Can't find your driver?
Stay inside the arrivals hall and call the number on your e-ticket. hoppa's team picks up in an average of 11 seconds, a 99.7% call answer rate: a real person, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hoppa help centre answers most questions before you need to call.
What to do around Málaga?
If you have time before your transfer or your flight home, the city and the coast reward an early start.
- Málaga's old town is twenty minutes away for the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba and the rooftop bars above the cathedral.
- The Caminito del Rey walkway through the El Chorro gorge is an hour inland and books out, so reserve a slot before you land.
- Nerja's caves and the Balcón de Europa are an hour east for a half-day before an evening flight.
